I need to get personal service of a summons and subpoena on a witness in the next week or two, and another process server has been unable to get it done after 3 attempts, meetings with her family members, etc. The other
process server has “been made”, it seems like the witness may be evading service, and I think we need to make a switch. The witness home address is 162 River Wood Drive, Lancaster, VA 22503. I can provide additional details if/when necessary.
