For criminal defendants and their families, we provide a wide range of services during all stages of the criminal justice process – including pre-trial, sentencing mitigation, incarceration preparation, parole packets, and re-entry support. Our consultation packages include in-person, remote, and written reports and billed on either flat-fee or hourly basis.
For attorneys and law firms, we offer a variety of research and trial preparation services – including online and in-person focus groups, mock trials, jury pool research, pre-sentencing assistance, and serving of Process. Our focus groups can be set-up even on a few days notice – and designed to allow attorneys to test a variety of components of a trial – evidence, arguments, and more.
When you hire a company through our online directory, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with the service provided, you will have the option to file a grievance through our platform. One of our mediators will promptly reach out to both parties to facilitate a resolution.
NPSN does not act as a judge or arbitrator of disputes between members. However, when credible complaints regarding non-payment, unethical conduct, fraud, or repeated violations of professional standards are received, NPSN may request information from the parties involved, attempt informal mediation, and, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate a member’s listing or membership when continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the standards and integrity of the Network.
Our mission is simple: to connect attorneys, law firms, corporations, and individuals with qualified local process servers who understand the urgency and importance of every serve.
