We answer our phones 24/7, and your emails receive a response within 2 hours.
Our team has over 100 years of combined knowledge of service of process.
We’ve served documents through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We’ve caught up with defendants and witnesses by purchasing tickets to an event or conference we knew the person planned to attend. And, with court orders, we have served process via text message.
When you hire a company through our online directory, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with the service provided, you will have the option to file a grievance through our platform. One of our mediators will promptly reach out to both parties to facilitate a resolution.
NPSN does not act as a judge or arbitrator of disputes between members. However, when credible complaints regarding non-payment, unethical conduct, fraud, or repeated violations of professional standards are received, NPSN may request information from the parties involved, attempt informal mediation, and, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate a member’s listing or membership when continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the standards and integrity of the Network.
Our mission is simple: to connect attorneys, law firms, corporations, and individuals with qualified local process servers who understand the urgency and importance of every serve.
